TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promotion open to all UK residents (not including Irish Republic), excluding employees and their families of 20th Century Fox.
2. Entrants to the competition are free to submit as many individual entries as they wish and each will be judged separately.
3. Entries must be received by 6th September 2010 to be entered into the competition.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to not accept any content that it deems offensive or inappropriate. All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter.
5. First place winners (all those people involved in the video submission) will be invited to be perform during the intermission of a performance of Wicked at the Apollo Victoria Theatre. Travel and accommodation to be covered by 20th Century Fox.
6. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the chosen winners on13th September 2010 via the You Tube channel profile. If a selected winner is un-contactable and does not respond within 48 hours, the prizes will default to runner ups.
7. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. No cash alternatives are available and prizes are non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value or change the prize content if the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
9. All entrants agree to having their video submissions issued to national, regional, online and broadcast media.
10. The prize winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
11. By entering this promotion you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and you will be bound by them.
12. The Promoter of the Competition is 20th Century Fox whose address is 31/32 Soho Square, London W1D 3AP. Any complaints regarding the Competition should be sent to this address.
13. The competition will be governed by English law.
